Our Story

Why sell with Aleta & Co….Aleta, Whitney and Charlotte are in the sales department and have all grown up in Coffs Harbour and enjoy living in our beautiful region with their respective family and friends. 

Aleta has fifteen years’ experience in the industry and has built a network of trust and reliability over the years and having won several awards for her service to the community.  These range from top five locally to five years as most recommended by the community through to the Regional Agent of the year in 2017 along with Top 20 Nationally.  Aleta leads a very busy life with her childrens sporting and enjoys supporting local groups such as netball, union, bowling and golf along with charities such as lifeline, St Vincent De Paul with Christmas collections.

Whitney has been in the industry for three years but having grown up listening to her mum talk real estate and assisting her dad who is a builder with their many renovations said it was a natural transition to follow in an industry that she had heard so much about and with the life skills to be able to assist people with renovations etc.

Charlotte has only been in the industry for just over twelve months but has been thrown in and learnt fast as we are a small boutique office and we work very closely together throughout each transaction.  Although the face of Aleta and Co, Charlotte is qualified and very capable of selling property and has a proven track record already!
